Biography

About our

I'm Pastry Chef from Georgia, Tbilisi.

Since 2013, I have been working in this field. Started with pastry arts, continued with working on sugar-free desserts& sugar-free chocolate, gluten-free desserts, chocolate showpieces, and  somemore.

During the last 10 years, I have entered many master classes held by famous French chefs such as Bruno Couret, Dominique Le Faucheur, and Damien Pichon.

I have successfully finished French pastry school’s bakery course under supervision of Sébastien Canonne, M.O.F., and Jacquy Pfeiffer.

Last two years, I have joined DGF ICC GEORGIA’s team. I work in two positions there, pastry chef in our pastry shop, French Corner, and pastry and bakery coach in DGF’s culinary school.

During this time I also held more than 10 of my own master classes.
Recently I was honored to participate in Mondial Des Arts Sucrés 2022, where I successfully made chocolate & sugar showpieces and 6 types of desserts with my team member.

As I have great experience assembling confectionary places in my country, and I also have a big library of self-tested and approved recipes, I consider myself able to help remotely a beginner pastry chef, a person who is motivated to open their own pastry shop, or even a food blogger to fill the content.
