Spanish churros are made from churro dough and vanilla pastry cream.The dough is first cooked on the stove until the gluten is well released, then transferred to the mixer bowl.We gradually add the eggs until we get a homogeneous dough, and finally add the vanilla cream.
We fry them in hot oil and dip them in sugar – cinnamon, chocolate, etc.
