About Me

From a Small Notebook to the World Championship Stage

Hi, I’m Sophie.
My culinary journey began in childhood with a small notebook where I meticulously wrote down every delicious cake recipe I tasted. Back then, baking seemed like an unexplainable, magical ritual.
Despite this passion, I spent years working in a corporate office environment. However, 2013 became a turning point in my life. I realized my true calling lay elsewhere, left my job, and enrolled in the Georgian Culinary Academy. Since then, I haven’t taken a single professional break.
Education & Experience Immediately after graduating, I started working in the hotel industry, followed by a path of continuous learning and growth:

I completed a "Training of Trainers" course at one of the world's leading institutions — the Basque Culinary Center.

During the pandemic, I mastered the art of bread baking through the Chicago Culinary School.

During the pandemic, I fully mastered the art of bread baking with a 6-month program (French Bakery School)

In 2022, with the support of DGF ICC Georgia, I represented my country at the World Pastry Championship (MDAS - Mondial des Arts Sucrés), which was a monumental milestone in my career.

Today, I serve as a Bread and Pastry Mentor at DGF ICC GEORGIA, conducting practical masterclasses for aspiring chefs.

Why this School?

Long before it was trendy, I ran a recipe blog. My goal was always to write recipes with such detail and care that even complete beginners could achieve perfect results on their first try. The feedback I received made me realize that teaching-breaking down complex techniques into simple steps-is what I love most.

This online school is the continuation of that mission: to share my knowledge and help you create professional-level masterpieces in your own kitchen.
